1. Identification of the Organizer

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of tickets for events organized by The Mama Club. By purchasing a ticket, you accept these Terms in full.

3. Ticket Prices and Payment Methods

All ticket prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is made online via Stripe or other payment methods offered on our website. Additional processing fees may apply.

4. Ticket Purchase and Confirmation

Once payment is completed, you will receive an electronic confirmation with your ticket(s). If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us at hello@themamaclub.be.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the event of event cancellation by The Mama Club. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 15 days.

6. Right of Withdrawal

According to Belgian consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to event tickets. Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled.

7. Transfer of Tickets

Tickets are personal and cannot be resold. If an exception applies, please contact us at hello@themamaclub.be.

8. Event Changes and Cancellation

The Mama Club reserves the right to modify the date, location, or program of the event. In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be informed via email and eligible for a refund.

9. Liability

The Mama Club is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or theft occurring at the event venue. Attendees must comply with the event venue's rules and regulations.

10. Data Protection

Personal data collected during ticket purchase is processed in accordance with GDPR. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Brussels.
